RECIPROCAL LINKS BETWEEN HUMAN DEVELOPMENT AND ECONOMIC GROWTH

This article presents a descriptive, explanatory and reflexive analysis of the reciprocal relation between human development and economic growth. On one side, the economic growth promote the human development meanwhile the basis of resources increase, while a major human development generate more economical growth, at the same time that a healthy and educated population contributes for a better economical achievement. The purpose of this study is to support theoretically the chain relation that exists between human development and economic growth. The research is documental; it is centered in literature revision, theory and conceptual analysis of different concepts from different bibliography related to the subject. The results shows that human development is the central objective of the human activity, and economic growth a function that can becomes very important to promote. The assignment of resources to improve human development, is a function of the expenses of the public sector; there are strong connections of two route between economic growth (EG) and human development (HD) and finally the link between human development and economic growth can make one or the other be influenced reciprocally.
