Progressive Values in the Leadership of the Evangelical Church in Guatemala

This study focused on investigating what are the progressive values espoused by the national leadership of the Evangelical Church in Guatemala. The main objective was to identify the contribution of leadership to the formation of those values that according to the culturalist theory of development human beings can contribute to the transformation of the country. Specifically, it was proposed: analyze the exercise of the national leadership of the Protestant Church in the promotion of progressive values, measure the progressive values that they sustain, examine their development perspective and identify how they visualize the role of the church and its link with the development of the country.
