Innovation for public management to participate in the considerations of SDGs 4,8 and 17 in the Central American context

Based on the content of the objective, in terms of goals and indicators corresponding to the SDG 4 education theme, a global look is presented in the Central American context regarding the considerations of the public function in the educational ecosystem. In this regard, the categories are used from the assurance of access to education in accordance with the levels of the National Educational Systems (primary and secondary) and the facilitation of the conditions for the realization of the university level of technical-vocational training, such as linkage regarding the dynamics of employment, entrepreneurship and work according to the various economic activities of the region. Through an assessment of the particularities of population diversity, an approximation of sociodemographic characteristics is made that includes assessments based on gender categorization, human rights and assessments of sustainable development.
