Abstract

The research had as a purpose to develop a collective management process that since the point of view of virtual mode as a change process, it will make easier the learning and knowledge building for quality of an academic program in virtual mode. The route of qualitative research was followed, and contains the experiences systematization (ES) in their organization, development and transference phases. It was obtained a reflexive look about collective work in ES, particularly about discussion, decisions calls and participation. We conclude that is necessary to give a different meaning and to strength the general participation as much as the specific role of the educative agents to improve the collective dynamic.
