Abstract

This work is a compendium of previous third-party publications on parameterization, modeling and numerical analysis of turbojets. This is intended to present current problems in commercial aviation, precisely in propulsion systems and some innovations proposed to solve these problems. It seeks to provide a basic notion through well-known publications on this topic. In addition, a methodology is proposed in which some tools are explained and applied, some results are presented and analyzed qualitatively. This methodology and tools could also be used in the analysis of conventional propulsion systems or even for other problems.
