Abstract

Throughout this paper we propose a successful experience of implementing educational technology in Ecuador, known as “Plan Amanecer.” The project, run by  the Ecuadorian Episcopal Conference, and executed by the Grupo Santillana and Eductrade, is today a sustainable  reality that enables the improvement of the quality of education. Here, we present the main contributions related to technology and the Plans, Programs and Educational Services that comprise the Project.
