Abstract

As students’ low satisfaction levels was identified in the Marketing and Market Research Degrees of the University of Cádiz with regard to the teaching coordination, the creation of a teaching team made up of professors is proposed with the aim of creating common procedures to achieve better communication of the faculty and so to solve the problems derived from the lack of coordination, expecting to generate greater student satisfaction. In this way, the teaching team was created and developed; establishing regular meetings throughout the 2016-2017 academic year and proposing a series of decisions or activities that would help to achieve greater and better teacher coordination. Once the activities were carried out, the results achieved during the 2016-2017 academic year were analyzed, demonstrating greater satisfaction both in the students and in the teaching staff of the degree. Therefore the experience was really positive; however, it is convenient that the both development and teaching team to be under study in the coming academic courses in order to corroborate the effectiveness of its implementation.
