Abstract

This paper describes the results gathered from the ICT Applied to Education course in the Master Program of Management of curriculum, didactics and assessment under the competence approach carried out at Universidad Don Bosco. In this course, students were introduced to ICT, not as part of the instructional sequence, but as an integrative element of such sequence and as a communication tool in the instructional process to generate interactive, autonomous and cooperative work. The general competence of the course is to use ICT to generate learning virtual environments by applying the pertinence and efficiency principles. Among the main results, students designed online and hybrid learning environments such as the Social Studies for PAES Course, Practical course for short film design, How to improve the learning environment in the classroom, Data Management with SQL, Autism with ICT support, Health in adolescence, Business English, Use of ICT in the classroom, among others.
