Abstract

This article reports the findings of a case study carried out at the Video production II course from the major in Communication science. In this research, the teacher and his teachingevaluation strategies were observed and evaluated, and as a result they turned
to be identified as strategies proper of a competence-based approach (CBA). Another finding is how students make the formation process concrete according to such approach.

Research Professor at the Institute of Pedagogical Research and Training (IIFP) of the University Don Bosco. Degree in Communications from Don Bosco University, Master in Research Social by the National University of El Salvador and PhD student in Education at the University of Costa Rica.
