Abstract

Through this report, the authors seek to identify the pedagogical training needs, interests and problems of the instructors who develop their educational work in the Central American vocational training centers. In this Central American context, marked by the current globalization strategy, the educational task - especially the one developed in the vocational training centers- must be put to the service of the person, the decent work and life, rather than to the service of the market and the big enterprise.
