Abstract

Tuning is a word that comes from the English word tune, which means to tune instruments, to tune a radio station. The Tuning Project, born in the area of Higher Education through the joint work of more than 176 European universities, in an attempt to seek common goals that give continuity to the Bologna Declaration of 19992 . It seeks to create a "European Higher Education Area". This includes the definition of common goals, the equalization of required competencies and the recognition of credits, among other things.
