This article analyzes the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the teachinglearning process of entrepreneurship subjects in the Graphic Design program at Don Bosco University of El Salvador and its contribution to fostering
future entrepreneurs. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach, specifically participatory action research, aiming to assess the effectiveness of educational strategies and make recommendations. It was carried out within a higher education institution, consulting a total of 44 fourth and fifth-year students in the bachelor’s degree in graphic design. The sampling method used was non-probabilistic convenience sampling to facilitate access to any of the participants at a given time. Students were
asked to provide their assessment in different areas such as teaching, learning, entrepreneurship, and information technologies, all within the framework of their studies in subjects related to entrepreneurship. Online questionnaires and in-depth interviews were
employed as research instruments. Among the main findings, positive opinions were obtained regarding the assimilation of content where various ICT tools are used. Additionally, areas for improvement were identified, along with opportunities to promote broader use of certain ICT tools and support for students with their creative endeavors.
