Abstract

This study analyzes from the students’ perspective, the experiences lived during the University Community Work and training microentrepreneur from the western region of Costa Rica. The data were collected from a sample of 83 people out of 11 university careers from Universidad de Costa Rica. Results are displayed according to gender, career, and ability to team work, capability to conflict solutions, academic impact in the student professional growth, value living and sharing, sensibility to current social problems and satisfaction of enterprisers’ training needs.
