Abstract

El Código de la niñez y la adolescencia, basado en la Doctrina de la Protección Integral de las Naciones Unidas, instituye el Sistema de Justicia Penal Especializada de Adolescentes, garantizando el respeto de los derechos derivados de los principios de culpabilidad, legalidad, humanidad, jurisdiccionalidad, del contradictorio y de impugnación.
