Abstract

This investigation, considered the analysis, of the variables: Intelectual Capital, Networking and Entepreneurship Capacity, among the Industrial Engineers, who graduated from UNITEC, campus Francisco Morazán, between the 2007 and 2008 period.  The Research, adopted the model developed by professor Roberto Olmos, on 2013, from the Universidad de Madrid, who studied the relation between the employees who worked for Multinational Corporations and then left the organization, to start their own business.

This analysis, questions the universality of the model defined as: "Entrepreneurial Potential" by Roberto Olmos in the Honduran context.
