Abstract

This research work aims to know what are the current skills necessary for entrepreneurial development, mainly in young university students and how important they become in the second decade of the 21st century. For the research, he takes as a sample the current student body of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras to know their entrepreneurial skills and from these propose educational systems that contribute to the development of skills and the promotion of entrepreneurship. As a methodological procedure, different variables are addressed, such as the existence of support programs for entrepreneurs and the development of entrepreneurial skills. Likewise, the method for testing the hypotheses is exploratory, according to which it is proposed to establish lines of action that allow us to know specifically some elements in the variables so that the results provide optimal levels of credibility. Additionally, the exploratory investigation is carried out in a total of twelve calendar weeks, in which a descriptive investigation is carried out with interest groups. Having a descriptive scope with the detail of characteristics of the object of study, mixing qualitative and quantitative approaches in the collection and management of information.
