Abstract

According to history, entrepreneurship has been one of the roles that has driven the development of people, according to the vision of authors regarding the role that the entrepreneur plays in the operation or creation of a company. Schumpeter argues that a person performs innovation when he creates new methods of production different from existing ones.

This study presents an overview of the actors in the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Sula Valley, as well as the actions and roles they contribute to the development of the region.

Table 1 describes the various sectors that compete in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Sula Valley, it is made up of organizations from the private sector, public sector and development organizations according to the space where they operate; They develop different impulses towards entrepreneurship depending on the roles they play, which can range from training, incubation, business training, working capital, entrepreneurial fairs, support to achieve growth and business formalization among various contributions. Figure 1 displays the Actors of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem by geographical location in the Sula Valley.

The work carried out by universities, private institutions and development organizations that promote entrepreneurship is described in detail in table 2; where actors focus on lines of development for their various objectives, which in many cases interact and complement each other.
