Abstract

This article presents three educational programs that reflect the impact and incidence of the implementation of socio-educational programs and projects in human and community development, promoted by the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity (GRUN) in rural areas through the institutions of the Nicaraguan Educational System in the department of Estelí. The research approach is qualitative; designs: narrative biographical and micro ethnographic, and case type sampling. Data collection techniques: open interview and life history, applying a questionnaire of open questions via telephone. Data analysis and processing: open coding and second level coding. This process was carried out in three experiences: 1) Dignification of the preschool educational environment Macuelizo - Pueblo Nuevo; 2) Comprehensive School Nutrition Program of the educational center Padre Enrique Oggier, community El Rodeo - Condega; and 3) University in the Countryside, area Miraflor - Estelí. The results show that these programs contribute to training, association, recreation, inter-institutional coordination, cultural exchange, healthy habits and lifestyles, improvement of working conditions and salaries, university extension, community participation, free education with quality and equity, teacher training, among other aspects of personal and community life. These results are closely related to five axes and five sub-axes of the National Human Development Program 2018 - 2021 of Nicaragua.
