The purpose of this paper is to provide an analysis of different literature sources on the use of organizational change tools in different areas of a company. The Prisma methodology was applied to recently published papers in high-level journals that capture the use of tools in organizational change. The results indicate that the use of tools such as staff training, knowledge management and others identified in this article are associated with readiness for organizational change. This does not imply that these tools are the quickest to implement, but rather that because of their good results they continue to be used to this day.
