This article analyzes the use of ICT in secondary education, with the objective of developing a didactic proposal to improve the learning of combined operations with integers, using the OpeCombi application. This study was carried out with seventh grade students of the Ramón Matus Acevedo Institute, in the municipality of Jinotepe, department of Carazo, during the first semester of the 2023 school year. OpeCombi was designed on the App Inventor platform and adapted to the mathematics macro pedagogical unit for this level. The research used an applied methodology, with a non-experimental design and a mixed approach, based on the pragmatic paradigm, cross-sectional. The population consisted of 95 students, 48 of whom were selected by means of a probabilistic sampling. For data collection, a survey was applied, the results of which were analyzed by means of analysis and synthesis techniques. The results revealed a high level of appropriation of conceptual learning and a significant percentage of procedural learning, evidencing the effective application of the concepts in concrete situations.
