Parental migration and the delegation of care of children by some relatives are decisions assumed by parental representatives, but they are intertwined in a social reality that involves the entire family dynamics in the present and future of children and adolescents, reaching their socio-educational effects, the student and psychosocial development when there are no strategies to meet the challenges involved in the care and protection of children who stay behind ( Camué Torres, Milán Morales, Pérez Gutiérrez, & Rivera Rodón, 2024). Hence, the present article aims to describe socioeducational interventions with children of migrant parents, from research conducted in the period 2011-2024. Methodologically, it comprises a documentary review from various bibliographic sources including Theses and unpublished review and field research articles, in Spanish language, using the PRISMA method (J. Page , et al., 2021). The most significant findings developed in this regard in these investigations were grouped into three thematic areas: studies with proposals for interventions, studies at the level of reflections and guidelines for future interventions and studies focused on the effectiveness of interventions. We conclude by highlighting the lack of studies with socio-educational interventions with children of migrant parents, with the only existing studies being proposals, guidelines and reflections for future interventions in countries receiving migrant families. Finally, research focused on socio-educational interventions with children of migrant parents in the country of origin is recommended.
