In the present study the process of production and export of fresh pepper is described, it sets out strategies for harnessing the productive capacity of the company Hydroponic Nicaragua SA in the period 2011-2013. It is located in the municipality of Sebaco, department Matagalpa. According to the philosophical approach it is a qualitative research.
This company has an excellent organization, defining roles and responsibilities oriented work based on specific goals and achievements due to the combination of economic resources, high technology and technical advisory from Israel. It also features highly skilled and trained employees in all aspects of production, quality control and packaging. Aware of its role in the society generates productive employment for the individual development of employees, company and Nicaragua, respecting the laws of the Republic under ethical principles and respect for human and labor rights of workers which are the most important asset, since the increase in productivity is directly related to the protection of their physical integrity, health, and hygiene in different areas of work of the company.
