In recent years various municipal water sources have been declining and increasing its flow contamination, this due to the different agricultural activities and human development in rural areas. One of the main sources of water pollution is the cultivation of coffee, in different production cycles to perform various activities that we are friendly to the environment, this is added to the clear-cutting of forests for planting new areas coffee and more in recent years with the increase in prices, which has caused an increase in planting and therefore a growth forest deforestation. Also added pollution caused by chemicals used to produce them (MAG - 2012).
The results of physicochemical indicators of this study demonstrate that there is no impact of the discharge of the wastewater into the water its superficial Cuspire the river watershed. The results are in the range prescribed by the applicable allowable CAPRE and Decree 3395. This is the first study of the effect of the wastewater that is done in this watershed, can be taken as reference for future studies.
