Web application for employment management

Abstract

This article is the result of the graduation seminar project entitled “Web application for job management in the Research Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIIEMP) of the Regional Multidisciplinary Faculty, Estelí (FAREM Estelí), using an active methodology, during the second semester 2017 “. The project was developed from July to November 2017, as an alternative to satisfy the need of the center for one of its projections, which is the incorporation of former students into the labor market. This is a qualitative, applied and descriptive type research. For the data collection, observation and interviews were used to provide an outlet for the different objectives of the research. The project was guided by the active methodology SCRUM, for the planning in its different iterations of development, in which the Laravel 5.4 Framework was used, the Web application for the management of employment was obtained as a final result.
