This study analyses the functioning of the administrative process in Bakery ¨El Esfuerzo¨ located in the Community Los Jobos, Estelí and the socioeconomic effects generated on the families organized in a group of women who are part of the Hambre Cero Program; to recommend strategies that motivate their business development and improve their life quality. According to the level of knowledge this research is applied and according to the philosophical approach is qualitative-quantitative. The sample from the qualitative approach is made up of employees of the Ministry of Family Economy, Cooperative, Community, Association (MEFCCA) and active partners of the enterprise; the quantitative approach is made up of the families of the members benefiting from the Hambre Cero Program. The information-gathering techniques used were: documentary research, survey, interviews and observation guide. The main result shows the participation of women in the management of the productive bonus allowing the obtaining of food for their family, the reproduction and marketing of the excesses generated; the bakery enterprise presents administrative problems such as lack of planning, inadequate distribution of tasks, demotivation of members and lack of control systems, which limits their business development and standard of living for members and their families.
