Abstract

This paper analyzes the motivation in the field of teaching and learning of students of the third year of Psychology at UNAN - Managua during the second semester 2013. It refers to factors that encourage students to be interested in asking, participate actively in class, complete the proposed activities, study with the adequate techniques and participate in investigate and fieldwork or experimental.

The proposed objective was to analyze factors of motivation and academic record during the period, using the qualitative approach during multiple cases approaches, at the same time is and descriptive research of transversal approaches.

Máster en docencia universitaria con enfoque investigativo. Docente investigadora del Departamento de Psicología de la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias Jurídicas. Coordinadora del área de investigación del Departamento de psicología y sub coordinadora de la clínica psicológica Esperanza Monge Collado de la UNAN-Managua. Desde el año 2002 trabaja en atención clínica, capacitación en temáticas humanistas. Conferencista y evaluadora de programas y proyectos psicosociales.
