The judicial facilitator: community mediation in Nicaragua

Abstract

This article is the product of a bibliographic review, whose objective is oriented to the analysis of community mediation in Nicaragua, in particular regarding the role played by Judicial Facilitators in the search for the solution of conflicts in the community. The documentary analysis method was applied, with a qualitative approach, non-experimental design, under a documentarybibliographic cross-sectional level. After the documentary review it was observed that: the judicial facilitators carry out mediations in the community that leads to the prevention and solution of the community conflicts. It is concluded that community mediation in Nicaragua is manifested through the work of judicial facilitators who contribute to the culture of peace and the right of access to justice.
