Since the last century, particularly after the Second World War, Central America, as many national territories called III World or as part of the so-called underdeveloped countries, has suffered more acutely than ever the excessive and abusive penetration interests economic and political powers of the self-styled "overdeveloped" in terms of penetration of their markets for industrial products, in the context of the modern technologies auxiliándose usufruct tariff export / import favorable mono- and polipólicas mega-industries at the expense of the poor and weak economies of the Third World peoples.Abstract
