Kóot is an annual publication edited by the Culture Directorate of the Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador , being the first Salvadoran journal of its kind, focusing its contents on museological research, and related branches of science and art, from a anthropological point of view.
Objective
To approach topics related to archeology, history and arts in general, in order to disseminate what Salvadoran to do in each genre, besides promoting academic, scientific and cultural exchange with universities and related institutions.
Thematics
The journal is published annually.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
