Abstract

In this article the Right to Development for Older Adults, where the implementation of the International Covenant on Social, Economic and Cultural Rights was established, and our national legislation, it is determined whether the state defends and protects the rights they should enjoy exposed older adults. You have to require different public and private institutions to respect the Comprehensive Protection Law Elderly and Retired, because in our country there is full respect for the principles established in international treaties.

The importance of the Directorate General for Older Adults (DGMA) in terms of supervision and support and socialization of the Comprehensive Law of the Elderly is mentioned.
