This study analyzes the processes of refunding the educational system in Honduras during the first year of the Ministry of Education, led by Professor Daniel Esponda. The historical background of the educational crisis, the challenges faced by the educational community, and the new policies implemented to improve educational quality are examined. The importance of equality in accessto education and the new government’s commitment to addressing structural deficiencies are emphasized, as well as the relevance of the active participation of all social sectors in educational transformation
