Cause of consultation respiratory difficulty, presence of chest pain accompanied by cough without sputum, patient is diagnosed with a moderate bronchial asthma crisis plus sub conjunctival hemorrhage, taking into account that he has a history of bronchial asthma, he was managed with oxygen administration to maintain saturation, including treatment and nursing care appropriate and timely which will improve the patient's health giving an ideal recovery.
