Abstract

As countries confined the population to delay the contagion and increase in cases due to the COVID-19 pandemic, alternatives were sought to work at home and education was not far behind. Teleworking and virtual education began, thus reducing contact with family, friends and colleagues. The COVID-19 pandemic revealed new ways of behaving and living together, it also gave us time to look inside and around us, looking for what is better and what we can modify to be better. There were various effects that the COVID-19 pandemic generated in people's lives, both at a socioeconomic level, as well as in health and education.
