Urinoma

A urinoma that is a mass formed by extravasation of urine by rupture of the ureter and accumulation within the perirenal fascia. And incidentally (B) a stone in the right renal pelvis. The causes can be: traumatic (20%) or surgical (80%). Initially it can remain hidden, generating an average delay of detection of 10 to 12 days, leading to complications such as abscesses and hydroelectrolytic alterations.
