Colonic lithobezoar as a cause of partial intestinal obstruction

A bezoar is the accumulation of foreign bodies or undigested nutrients in the gastrointestinal tract. Lithobezoar, the accumulation of stones in the digestive tract, is often seen in the stomach. A primary colonic bezoar is an exceptionally rare situation.
