The injectable composite resin technique is an esthetic treatment with which it is possible to predict the final result and transfer from a diagnostic wax up with the desired anatomical shape to a restoration on the dental surface, predicting the esthetic aspect to choose the color and texture of restoring material and establish parameters for occlusal function, tooth position and alignment, physiologic contour, lip profile, incisal edge position and gingival orientation. Also, this technique can be performed with or without preparation of surface, ensures uniform adaptation of the restoration material and the potential of design more conservative preparations, since conserving dental tissue and predicting the final result are objectives of this technique. The present case report is about the esthetic and functional rehab with Injected Veneers in a feminine patient of 19 years old who went to the dental clinic Subdireccion of Student Development, Culture, Art and Sport (SUDECAD), of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras en el Valle de Sula (UNAH-VS), with 4 affected teeth which presented pain, enamel cracks, obscure pigmentation and old restorations with lack of anatomy and adaptation, as result with a bad appearance smile. In this case is presented an option of esthetic and functional treatment that provide fast and predictable solution to this case. A treatment which is part of the continuous search to provide an aesthetic and healthy smile that every professional of dentistry should offer.
