Advances in the financing of Public Secondary Education in Nicaragua from 2017 to 2021

Abstract

This article highlighted all the vital advances and proposals for the education sector in Nicaragua between 2017-2021. This means the advances that the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity has proposed to implement to turn Nicaragua into a nation with a high degree of student preparation. The importance of having a government institution in Nicaraguan society, the Ministry of Education, concerned for its citizens to self-project themselves academically, was discussed. In addition, enrollment in rural areas has increased without precedent, not to mention progress in sectors such as financing, resource management, and teacher hiring. This study is a documentary-type investigation product of a completed investigation where a bibliographic review of Nicaraguan education was carried out to describe the main advances. Likewise, the current system has shown interest to develop inclusive spaces for secondary education in rural and urban areas. Extra-age education has also been developed, distance secondary education in the countryside, Saturday by the encounter and for young and adults; in addition to the amount of training given to teachers, to strengthen knowledge and improve teaching.
