Abstract

The research was concluded through the CNU competitive funds program in the social development, culture, and development lines on the Caribbean Coast and the political line and Regional Autonomy. Its purpose is to build an inclusive intercultural life agenda for good living and the common good of the Mayangna and mestizo people in municipalities of the Mining Triangle. It is qualitative research for its methods and techniques, at the descriptive level of a proactive nature, it is based on collective construction by prior, free, and informed consent that allows collaborative management from the theoretical perspective of the decolonization of thought harmonized with the livelihood theory. The life agenda is an instrument for the common good from the perspective of women and men of the towns and territories. Its community approach is a practical, methodological, and experiential tool. It is a framework of prospective co-management in terms of livelihoods. It synthesizes management and action axes corresponding to the country's human development policies. It focuses on self-government, governance, and territory; community and creative economy; food security in which the role of women and youth are transversal elements. It is a referential tool for many organizations that plan to contribute to the common good of the towns of the Mining Triangle.
