Structuring an Educommunicative Strategy for the Socialization of the Own Indigenous Educational System - OIES

This article describes the path taken in the structuring and testing of an educommunicative strategy pertinent to the NASA indigenous people from the sociocultural context of the Colombian Southwest, to make the Own Indigenous Educational System more apprehensive, the Educational Life Plan of the Cauca Indigenous Regional Council (CRIC) was took into consideration. The OIES system seeks to be fully recognized as part of the contribution to the indigenous community of this territory. To accomplish this objective, an explanation through the most common narrative genre in indigenous peoples of the OIES was recreated, the story. The “Tul de Julia y Julio”, metaphorically refer to the political components (principles and foundations), organizational-administrative and pedagogical of the OIES. The study incorporates actions such as bibliographical consultation, inquiry into the story tool as a narrative and educational genre, and the theater of the oppressed to address the problems. Other inputs during the observation of schools and meetings with the management team of the educational institution, with which they worked were collected. Once the material in mingas of thoughts with teachers and community was tested, the perceptions and proposals for improvement through surveys and evaluation of the sessions finally were known. Among the relevant results of this experience are the ease with which people appropriated the components of the OIES by listening to the story, identified and analyzed the problematic elements raised, and clarified the similarities and differences between the Colombian Educational System and the OIES.Downloads
