The Ethics of Health Research Responsibility in a Low Middle Income Country: El Salvador

In the medium and low income countries, the majority of the population is exposed to health risks in every known aspect. This situation worsens as the public investment in health is not enough to cover the public demand. The right to life for the poor is not ensured. There is a problem of life, literally speaking. Health research in these circumstances does not have the importance that it deserves, but it is linked with the solution of public health problems in these countries.
