Abstract

The author reviews John Rawls’ theory on justice, which, in his opinion, is a solidary conception of contractualist liberalism. In this work, the author poses the links of human right and public reason. The author also reviews the debate on the relations of public reason and what Rawls himself called comprehensive reasons. The essay focuses on the links between those comprehensive reason ant the public or politic reason, in its procedimental system for a fair society
