The double face of the reform of the health sector in Costa Rica in the 90's

In the following paper it can be found an evaluation of the public health system reform in Costa Rica during the 90’s. Most of the analysis of these reforms has a very restrictive scope. According to the author, bioethics makes it possible to analyse the reform from a more complex and integrated perspective.
