One of the important elements of the university’s international strategy is the instrumentarium of assessment. the article offers the author’s methods to assess the effectiveness of international projects, which comprehends three groups of indicators: competitiveness, resourcing and learning outcomes. the suggested methods will be useful not only to the university direction, but also to government bodies which will be able to differentially approach universities in assessing international activities. the author’s assessment method enables to comprehensively solve problems of increasing the effectiveness of international education projects in universities
