Ticuantepe Municipality is one of the most prestigious sites and tourist attractions of the department of Managua. This place dazzles every tourist with its natural resources developed in ecotourism and agritourism in the region itself. Composed present this four chapters detailing the history, characteristics and conditions of the department and the municipality of Managua trial study. In the first chapter the background possessing Managua Travel, tourism development by town and its attractions are addressed. In the second chapter describes the Ticuantepe: its location, history, cultural activities and economic activities holding this town. In the third chapter of tourist activities and attractions Ticuantepe develops and last chapter discusses how documentary strategies, plans and actions that have contributed to the development of tourism Ticuantepe. This research was obtained as a result. That Ticuantepe is a municipality with an eco immense tourist potential by having all the natural resources present in the. However they need to be conditioned tourist offer that could increase the efficiency of this natural tourist place.
