Abstract

The Eco is the new paradigm that points to the economic, social and environmental sustainability to allow present and future needs, this new step by a process of evolution concept until you reach the integral as a new form of development concept, Nicaragua has taken up this concept and has been included as the basis for the country's development plans the effort to build a legal framework to institutionalize sustainability strategy has been made, an attempt to economically assess systemic eco services to create a flow of monetary quantification that allows the reproduction of the same, but missing still make the leap to the incorporation of this new form of capital: natural capital, in the country's economic structure to visualize interrelationships of it with all the other forms of capital and determine the stock and natural resource flows within the economic, social and environmental dynamics.
