The research aims to identify some aspects of competitiveness and innovation within the sector of artisanal producers of cheese in the country. The study is based on a search of documentary information, enabling you to track from various actors that has been made and results have been seen. The results of the investigation, the presence of various actors and actions, both from the governmental perspective and by non-governmental organizations and development, which have interacted with support of international funds are running in the territories, however still is evidence of a weak productive structure, serious restrictions on media access, capital and knowledge that enables short term change the status of the processes within this sector of producersDownloads
