This article contains an analysis of the factors that determine the labor insertion of women, the policies that are implemented in Nicaragua in relation to gender equity, as well as the labor market behavior of women in Nicaragua during the period 2012- 2017, and its impact on the working conditions of men and women. To achieve a detail in this way the elements in which the equitable difference in relation to the salary in the different economic activities that Nicaragua has can be found. In addition to providing a report to the formation of knowledge on the subject.
