Abstract

International and national investment in human development initiatives has been large in the last thirty years in Honduras, questioned by results very limited, the country continues to face one of the highest levels of poverty in Latin America, with high percentages of exclusion, unemployment and polarization Social; vulnerable in all areas, social, economic, political and environmental, with very few alternative routes in the short and medium term, situation faced by others countries with similar characteristics in the world, especially in Central America.
