The objects of study of this research are the publications in the proceedings of the Brazilian Meetings on Studies for Peace (EBEP). The general objective is to answer how the gender analysis category is present in the research presented at the EBEPs. The specific objectives are: to identify which genders are presented in the EBEP research; to analyze how peace research addresses gender and its relations; and to raise initial theoretical questions between and for gender studies and peace. The aim is to contribute to the literature of Peace Studies through metaresearch in the EBEP publications. For this, the exploratory methodology is used through documentary research on the websites of the I to V edition of EBEP. It is concluded that peace, as an epistemological field committed to promoting dignified experiences, must engage with plural investigations of gender.
