Abstract

This article establishes a dialogue with Augusto Salazar Bondy about the existence or not of an authentic Hispanic American philosophy. Bondy thinks we lack a genuine philosophy. However, the author maintains that not only has philosophical thinking been developed, but that this thinking is part of universal philosophical doing.
